BEGINNERS CUSHION MAKING CLASSES
1/2 Day £48.00 or 1 Day £95.00- Friday March 27th (FULL)
This is a beginners class for anyone with some or no experience using a sewing machine. You can choose to come along for a 1/2 Day or Full day of cushion making. For the half day you will make a square zipped cushion cover and for a full day you will also make a rectangular envelope cushion cover. If you are a more confident student you can add piping. Included in the price are feather cushion pads. Square 17 x 17 inch and rectangle 18 x 12 inch. You will need to bring your own fabric. Beige or navy zips are included but you may want to bring your own to match your fabric. If you have your own sewing machine then please bring along. I will notify you of quantity for fabric to buy when you book.

The day will begin at 9:30pm and finish at 4.00pm . For half a day you will finish at 12:30.
NOTES: This workshop includes a constant flow of refreshments but not lunch so bring a packed lunch. For workshops in Spalding, food can be purchased from the onsite café and ordered upon arrival. Please wear shoes that cover your toes and avoid wearing your best clothing - just in case.
BOX CUSHION CLASS - 1 Day £90.00
Saturday 9th May
During this 1 day class you will make a piped and zipped box cushion to a set size. A foam pad is included. The skills you learn can be transferred into making box cushions for chairs , window seats and more. You will need to bring your own fabric . Approx 1.5 metres. If you want a contrasting piping then 1/2 metre for piping and 1 metre for the cover. Please note that some sewing machine experience would be advisable due to how technical it is. Feel free to also bring your own sewing machine. A zipper foot will be required. If you bring your own thread we recommend extra strong threads. Threads are however available and included.
